Welcome to Sahara Safaris. By booking a tour with us or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
- Booking & Confirmation
All bookings must be made via our website, email, WhatsApp, or approved partners.
A deposit is required to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance is payable in cash (EUR, USD, or MAD) or as agreed before the tour departure.
Once we receive your deposit, you will receive a confirmation email with full tour details. - Payment Policy
A deposit (usually 20%–30%) is required to secure your booking.
The remaining balance must be paid before or at the start of the tour.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, PayPal, Wise, or cash (as agreed).
Any transaction fees are the responsibility of the client. - Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 7 days before the tour date may receive a partial refund (excluding transaction fees).
Cancellations made less than 7 days before departure are non-refundable.
In case of flight cancellation or emergency, please contact us — we try our best to find a solution. - Changes & Modifications
We reserve the right to make minor changes to the itinerary due to weather, road conditions, safety reasons, or unforeseen circumstances. Any major changes will be communicated in advance whenever possible. - Travel Insurance
All clients are strongly advised to have personal travel insurance covering medical expenses, accidents, cancellations, and loss of personal belongings. - Health & Safety
Clients must inform us of any medical conditions or dietary restrictions before the tour.
Sahara Safaris is not responsible for any illness, injury, or loss that occurs during the tour beyond our control. - Liability
Sahara Safaris acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers (hotels, camel handlers, transport ).
We are not liable for delays, accidents, weather conditions, or force majeure events. - Desert & Adventure Activities
quad biking, and desert activities involve a degree of risk. By participating, clients accept responsibility for their own safety and agree to follow the guide’s instructions. - Complaints
If you experience any problem during your tour, please inform your driver or guide immediately so we can resolve it as quickly as possible. - Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. Personal information provided during booking will only be used for reservation purposes and will never be shared with third parties without consent.
